A fateful Instagram connection brought Cameron and Samantha together, and on February 20, 2021, they became man and wife.
Samantha chose a romantic ballgown with a lace bodice, cap sleeves, plunging illusion neckline, and cutout back. She accessorized with drop earrings and a jeweled hair ornament. Her bouquet incorporated several types of blooms in red, pink, and white, accented with greenery. Her maid of honor wore a full-length sleeveless burgundy gown with spaghetti straps and a V neckline. She carried a modified version of the bride’s bouquet. The man of honor wore a black suit with a white shirt, burgundy tie, white pocket square, and red rose boutonniere.
Cameron looked sharp in a black tuxedo with a black vest, white shirt, silver tie, silver pocket square, and red rose boutonniere. His four groomsmen wore black tuxedos with black vests, burgundy ties, burgundy pocket squares, and red rose boutonnieres.
The couple were married in an outdoor ceremony; the officiant prayed over the bride and groom for their new marriage.
Next, guests enjoyed a meal of spring mix salad with strawberries, apples, grapes, feta, and pecans; braised beef short ribs; caprese chicken; green beans; and herb-roasted potatoes. There was also a doughnut wall.
In the speeches, the maid of honor shared favorite memories of the bride; the man of honor talked about how he and the bride do everything together; Cameron’s father cracked jokes and wishes them a lifetime of happiness; the groom’s brother talked about the first time he met Samantha and thanked Cameron for being a great brother; and the best man congratulated the newlyweds.
Samantha and Cameron’s first dance was to “Making Memories of Us” by Keith Urban. There was also an anniversary dance and a photobooth.
The three-tier square white wedding cake was decorated with flowers and topped with a gold heart ornament.
Samantha and Cameron ended their wedding day with the signature sparkler send-off.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
