November 30, 2013 was a day of celebration for Sarah and Andrew as they married at Villa Siena. The couple had a morning ceremony, a reminder of the new day rising and new possibilities.
Sarah was a stunning bride in a simple, strapless white wedding gown with a drop waist. The back was low-cut to showcase her tattoos. A veil with satin piping brought whimsy to the look. Her bouquet combined ivory and orange roses, black calla lilies, succulents and berries. The bridesmaids carried a similar version of the bouquet minus the calla lilies and succulents. The color scheme for the day was purple and white. The bridesmaids looked fabulous in different violet gowns.
The groom and his groomsmen complimented the color scheme with grey tuxedos, purple vests and ties.
At the ceremony the couple created a memorial table for those who couldn’t be there in person, but were there in spirit. They also had a sand ceremony, where they joined purple and white sands in a frame with a picture of the couple. The smiles on the bride and groom’s faces said everything anyone needed to know about their love.
Breakfast included French toast, sausage and fruit. Both the maid of honor and the best man gave speeches. Instead of a traditional cake, a single tier of wedding cake for the couple sat atop tiers of cupcakes for the guests.
Centerpieces were vases wrapped in lace filled with purple and ivory flowers. Favors were wood ornaments presented in stylish paper bags with grey ribbon and black flowers with purple tissue paper. A candy table let guests indulge their sweet tooth.
At the end of the ceremony, guests blew bubbles as the couple left for their new life together. Congratulations Sarah and Andrew. May your lives together be filled with adventure and endless possibilities. We wish you the best.
