High school sweethearts Sara and Jason were married on March 31, 2022.
Sara looked beautiful in a strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline, embroidered and beaded bodice, and a skirt with a train. She accessorized with drop earrings and a pendant necklace. Her bouquet included white roses and peonies, plus other flowers and greenery. Her four bridesmaids wore matching full-length light mauve dresses with spaghetti straps and draped necklines. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet. For the reception, Sara changed into a short, white, off-the-shoulder dress.
Jason got married in a forest green suit with a forest green vest, white shirt, black tie, white pocket square, and white rose boutonniere. His four groomsmen wore black suits with black vests, white shirts, black ties, white pocket squares, and white rose boutonnieres.
During the ceremony, Sara thanked Jason for being her “saving grace.” Jason told Sara how excited he is to continue their life journey together.
Later, guests sat down to a meal of caprese salad; potatoes au gratin; a grain blend of wild rice and quinoa; flatiron steak with chimichurri sauce; and grilled Atlantic salmon with Hollandaise sauce and lemon dill beurre blanc.
In the toasts, the maid of honor spoke about how excited she was to see the next chapter in the newlyweds’ lives. The best man said how happy he was for them.
Jason and Sara’s first dance as man and wife was to “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?” by Elton John. Sara and her father danced to “This Dance” by Scott Laughridge. Jason and his mother danced to “Count on Me” by Bruno Mars. Other wedding fun included an anniversary dance, a bouquet toss, a Polaroid guestbook, and a photobooth.
The two-tier white wedding cake was decorated with white and pink roses.
Sara and Jason left their wedding under the signature sparkler send-off.
We wish them a lifetime of love and happiness!
