Dan and Sheila became man and wife on November 12, 2021.
For the ceremony, Sheila wore a sophisticated fitted gown with long lace sleeves, a deep V illusion neckline, an straight skirt ending in a train. She accessorized with a full-length veil with lace trim. During the reception, she changed into a full-length white sheath halter dress. Her bouquet was composed of white roses with greenery accents. Her six bridesmaids wore matching full-length ivory one-shoulder dresses. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Dan looked sharp in a classic black tuxedo with a white shirt, black bow tie, and white rose boutonniere. Six of his groomsmen wore black tuxedos with black vests, white shirts, white pocket squares, and white rose boutonnieres, and one wore a Marine dress uniform.
Sheila was walked down the aisle by her son and her father. In the outdoor ceremony, she promised to keep making him laugh. The officiant talked about the importance of love.
After the vows, guests dined on classic Caesar salad; creamy mashed potatoes; mascarpone and sun-dried tomato ravioli in a roasted tomato and red pepper sauce; filet mignon with a Burgundy bordelaise and mushroom duxelles sauce; and grilled Atlantic salmon with Hollandaise sauce, lemon beurre blanc, crème fraiche, and caviar.
Several people gave toasts, including the best man, maid of honor, a bridesmaid, and a groomsman. The newlyweds thanked everyone for coming.
Sheila and Dan’s first dance was to “Unchained Melody” by The Righteous Brothers. Sheila and her father, Dan and his mother, and Sheila’s mother and son danced to “You Raise Me Up” by Josh Groban. Other wedding fun included a Polaroid guestbook and a bouquet and garter toss.
The three-tier white wedding cake was done in a marble design and decorated with white roses.
The newlyweds left their special day under the signature sparkler send-off.
We wish this gorgeous couple all the best!
