Tess and Aaron were married as a new day began March 15, 2015. The couple celebrated their love with a morning brunch wedding. The ceremony was made even more special by having the bride’s stepmom serve as the officiant. The children of the bride and groom were included in a sand ceremony, where each child had their own color of sand. Afterwards the bride and groom exchanged personal vows.
The bride’s gown was by Moonlight Bridal. The strapless gown had a sweetheart neckline and belted waist. Lace was the predominant material flowing into accents down the skirt. Pearl buttons detailed the back of the dress. Underneath the gown was a pair of Betsey Johnson shoes. For a little sparkle, a diamond necklace was worn as was a veil with beaded edging. The bridal bouquet was filled with pink roses and baby’s breath. The groom wore a black tuxedo with white shirt, silver tie and a white rose in the lapel.
Brunch fare consisted of light snacks, penne pasta, salad and bread. For dessert, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with white and pink frosting decorated with silver sugar pearls and pink fondant flowers were served. As the bride and groom fed each other their first bite of cake, the bride had a little fun with her groom by mashing the cupcake into his mouth.
A simple toast was all that needed to be said to sum up the feelings of all: “To the bride and groom!”
The day ended with friends and family wishing the couple well and blowing bubbles as the couple left. Congratulations Tess and Aaron. May your days be filled with fun, laughter and playfulness. We wish you the best.
