Tessa and Glenn, who met while taking a lab class together at Arizona Statue University, were married on September 2, 2017.
Tessa chose a stunning strapless fit-and-flare gown with a beaded bodice, skirt with train, and corset back. She accessorized with a jeweled headband, hip-length veil, and embellished peach heels. Her bouquet incorporated roses and hydrangeas in light hues. Her four bridesmaids wore coordinating full-length dresses in light teal, and carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Glenn looked sharp in a classic black tuxedo with black bow tie, white pocket square, and yellow rose boutonniere. His four groomsmen wore dark gray tuxedos with blush-colored bow ties and pocket squares, and mixed-bouquet boutonnieres.
During the indoor ceremony, the proceedings stopped for a moment so people could say hello to each other and introduce themselves.
Afterward, at the reception, guests dined on Caesar salad, grilled chicken breast filled with prosciutto and provolone cheese finished with lemon beurre blanc suace, filet mignon with burgundy bordelaise and mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
During the speeches, Tessa’s father compared Glenn and Tessa’s love story to “The Princess Bride” and told stories about her childhood.
Tessa and Glenn danced together for the first time as a married couple to “Feeling Good” by Michael Buble. Tessa and her father danced to “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac, and Glenn and his mother danced to “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong.
The four-tier wedding cake had two levels done in a pale pink rosette design and two levels done in all white with a beaded rim. The cake topper featured a groom carrying a bride.
We wish Glenn and Tessa all the love and joy that life has to offer!
