Zaydee is from Mexico, Alberto is from Puerto Rico, and the two were married in Arizona on December 26, 2015.
Zaydee modeled a fitted, lace-textured gown with beaded strap sleeves. Her silver shoes and earrings were also adorned in small, dazzling beads; her Betsy Johnson heels festooned with a sparkling bow on each side at the ankle. Zaydee unique bouquet consisted of purple and white hydrangea, tulips, and roses – perfectly matching the groom’s small lapel arrangement.
The groom was dressed in a charcoal gray suit and matching bowtie. It was a sunny, late-December day, ideal for the bridesmaids’ sleeveless, floor-length lavender gowns.
Before dinner, the Maid of Honor, Best Man, and parents of the bride and groom gave touching toasts in Spanish. Zaydee and Alberto were also presented with a Ramillete Espiritual – a blessing given by the bride and grooms’ parents.
Guests were treated to salads and a dinner of scalloped potatoes, tortellini, and chicken marsala during the reception at Villa Siena. The night then continued with masquerade masks and festivities.
Another memorable moment of the night came when it was time to cut the cake. Deceivingly plain on the top and front, this wedding cake turned out to have a theme: The Simpsons.
The wedding day of Zaydee and Alberto ended with a signature sparkler farewell, signifying the newlyweds’ bright future.
